ESV Missing Icon

I noticed last night on my laptop that I am missing the book icon for the ESV. In checking my desktop computer at home it is there. No problem with the Mac version. Looking for any thoughts or suggestions as to how to get it back. Thank you.

Hide the ESV, restart L4. Unhide ESV, restart L4 - it should download, maybe index, and hopefully restore the icon.

Didn't work. Will just uninstall and reinstall.
