PB: add a PB for your Files (e.g. Clippings, Notes, PL, etc)

After building a PB for my Tagged books in my library per a suggestion in another link, i thought of another use for PB. i could build a PB which had a list of my documents which are found under File. With this PB i can quickly find and open my document files as i need them. i placed this PB on my shortcut bar so that i can quickly open it when i need to open one of my documents.

Good one, Steve. So good, in fact, that Logos will not feel the need to organise the Files menu for us[:D]

i don't think this is so, Logos knows the majority of users will not go to the trouble to make a PB for their documents. So i am sure this is still on the table.
But for us who would like a work-around for the time being this PB will help. i have 181 documents and do not like fussing with the File menu to find them. This temporary solution works great for me. i've sorted them per category and alphabetically.

No need for a reply; I was joking.

Hello Steve
Great idea Steve!
But how did you do it? Do you open each and every file and then "copy location as hyperlink" and paste in Word, or is there a simpler method?

i cheated, i export the database using SQLite browser to a csv file and then open it in Excel.
EDIT: once i had them arranged in Excel the way that i wanted them, i pasted them into my Word docx file. Then i used my macro to assign the hyperlink to each filename (one at a time, it went pretty quick since i had aligned the filenames by document type).
