I got my SESB 3.0 update today, and it keeps saying invalid serial number. Anyone else having this problem?

When I got a Lexham product last year, I had the same problem.  I called Logos and they new there was a problem.  They did have the wrong serial # on my purchase.  I suspect you have the same problem.  Call them tomorrow and they will fix it.

I actually called them last night since they are West Coast, and they did it on their end.  I checked in the Account Summary, it was the identical serial number I put in twice, carefully - the operator didn't have an idea what might be wrong. Sounds like some sort of software glitch but the license worked...
