I like to enlarge text comparison by "floating" the panel and then using the slider "enlarger" available from the left-hand-top corner ...

thanks for the response. when I float the panel the text enlarger disappears? in fact even when not floated, it is not there? any ideas?

That feature hasn't yet been implemented on Mac. Development on the feature is, however, in progress.

I just assumed they would work the same; and obviously "assumptions" can be dangerous and misleading!

Thankful to read about font size development for Logos 4 Mac.
Wiki Mac and PC User Interface Differences => Feature Parity includes: "PC has more font size options: Program Scaling plus font slider adjustment in Bible Word Study, Collections, Exegetical Guide, Passage Guide, Passage List, Reading Plan, Search, and Text Comparison."
Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => Program Scaling has some workaround possibilities (caution: not using 100 % for program scaling can be blurry).

Don't forget that for a quick look the System Zoom - (Ctrl [two finger up] ) can be useful.
Presumably you are not using 'Text Comparison' for an extended read?
