Christopher Heil: Hi everyone. Ran into a problem this morning when starting Logos. Immediately after starting, the Logos splash screen appears and almost simultaneously the Windows 7 crash dialog appears. I searched the forums and tried the following with no success: Held down the CTL key while launching. Still got the Logos splash screen and the Windows 7 crash dialog together. Tried deleting my Home Page folder, but did not fine one in \AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\<random>. Deleted my Library Index folder from \AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\<random>, but same crash resulted. Turned on logging through the javascript posted on the help forum and got confirmation that logging was turned on, but did not find any log files in Documents\Logos Log Files directory. Any other suggestions? I appreciate the help.
Without logs, it is difficult to see what is happening. You have tried the suggestions I would have made already. When you held the control key down while launching, did you check "start with blank layout" on the sign in screen?
Unless someone else posts some ideas, you may have to go through Tech support for this one.

Hi Fred. Thanks for responding. When I held down the CTL key, the sign in screen never even appeared for me to check that as an option.
