I have some old libronix files with the lbxsfl extension.  I think they were self-made with the original sermon add on or the book builder.   Is it possible to recover these by opening and installing them in the new Logos 4 with the Personal Book Builder?

They are source files used by the Sermon File addin and cannot be imported into L4. However, if you still have Libronix you can compile them into L3 files which can be used as resources in L4 e.g.

  • compile the Sermon(s) in L3
  • type scan <documents> in the L4 command box; where <documents> is the path to (My) Documents
  • restart L4

Otherwise, the lbxsfl are XML files so you can force them to open in MS Word, save as docx file, reformat and then compile as a PB in L4.
