A Mac user found that his NIV 1984 doesn't have the Reverse Interlinear, see this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/38530.aspx . I found the same situation to apply to me as a Windows user.
It seems the situation is not specific to the OS, but arises if NIV 1984 was bought not as part of a former base package (LE or earlier), but separately. Then Logos doesn't realize that the RI (which is contained in a newer base package or the minimal crossgrade) belongs to the NIV bible. Actually I found that the file NIVNT.lbsrvi is not in my resource folder.
Is it possible to download the file NIVNT.lbsrvi someplace and put it into the resource folder or scan it? Other ideas to remediate this? Otherwise I think I'll need to ask customer support.
