A couple times this week the window I had open in Logos went blank.  The window was all white.  I could still read the title of the resource I had open  (NET and NRSV), but no text was viewable.  All I was doing was going through a list of passages I was highlighting.  I was able to get my resource back by closing out the window (I kept Libronix open) and reopened my resource.  I used my computer several hours daily this week and it only happened a few times so it is not a major issue unless it continues.

Has this happened to anyone else?

It use to happen years ago,but not anymore. Seems to be software related. Not sure if it was Libronix or windows.

Whenever this has happened I've always traced it to a corrupted file.

  1. Download a copy of the resource to another place on your computer (i.e. desktop)
  2. Close Libronix and delete the file
  3. run a chkdsk /f and reboot your computer (This can take a long time)
  4. Download the resource from Logos.
