Hi Curtis, welcome to the Forum!
One way to accomplish this is:
a. Select Basic for your search method
b. Select Entire Library
c. Select All Text
d. And now type in the Find box: (inerrancy, infallibility) NEAR scripture
For more info on how to use the Search tool see this wiki page: Detailed Search Help
EDIT:
in the above methods that i used are
(inerrancy, infallibility) which is mentioned here in Using lists
NEAR which is a mentioned in Proximity Operators
Hi Curtis,

Curtis - First, welcome to the forums! A friendly hint... you might want to remove your email address. Spammers troll the internet for email addresses to play with. Because you have subscribed to the thread, you will get an email from anyone who responds without getting extra spam.
Others will chime in with more specific resources & suggestions, but quickly... Make sure you are doing a "basic" search and not a "bible" search. Your search term should be "inerrancy OR infallibility" - the "OR" (note all caps) will return hits with either term.
