share the smartest ways to carry Logos4 full version in your ipad or iphone

Dear all
Please share your smartest ways
I want to share my experience
I have downloaded VNC viewer on to my iphone and ipad. Now I can easily control my desktop anywhere in the world within the limited capacity of my Ipad. At the same time I can tap full potential of my Logos4. Remember one thing please upgrade your computer. You must install the OS and Logos4 on to the SSD and make some changes to the firewall. Don't be panic when the connection loss which is a very rare case and I have never experience a connection issue. Might be your modem completely switched of, eventually the IP might be changed. configure it again. I am telling you it is a nice experience.
If there is a connection issue, remember three things
1) check the configuration of the VNC VIEWER (Installed on iphone or ipad)
2) check the configuration of the VNC server (installed on your desktop)
3) check the broadband configuration. Go to the firewall rules. IP may be changed, if you add another device (smart phone) on to the broadband

Concur using VNC (or other remote desktop connection solutions) provides internet access to your computer from a remote device. Caution: establishing connection from mobile device to your computer provides an opportunity for electronic eavesdropping so someone else can repeat connection later (especially at wi-fi hot spots).
Another idea is mounting a Mac Mini in an automobile with Logos 4 installed, then remotely controlling Mac Mini. If use Logos 4 a lot, may want to have an additional battery for Mac Mini use (possibly recharge battery with solar panel).
By the way, current MacBook Air models are bit more expensive than iPad, but can carry Logos 4 (do recommend models with 4 GB Ram since MacBook Air Ram cannot be upgraded).

We can set the password (VNC extended authentication). I guess it will deter the eavesdropping.

PC World describes one form of eavesdropping => http://www.pcworld.com/article/208727/firefox_addon_firesheep_brings_hacking_to_the_masses.html that is readily available to capture wireless packet(s).
Wikipedia has VNC page => http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_Network_Computing that includes Security section.

Jain, VNC does not (or did not back when I used it a lot) encrypt data. Password protection is solely for protecting the session (logging into your desktop). That being said, there are many free remote desktop solutions for your iphone/ipad that are both more reliable and secure than VNC. I use the free version of LogMeIn frequently and with great success.

It's free for personal (non-commercial) use. Has good encryption and also works well through firewall.
