BUG? or Feature? Close or open Library (CTRL-L) closes home page

I never noticed this before.
If I'm in the home page and bring up my Library using CTLR-L and then close the library, Logos4 closes the home page and opens my last used layout.
If I go back to the home page, with the Library closed, and press CTRL-L to open it, the same thing happens.
Is it supposed to work this way? I was quite surprised when it happened to me just now. But then I rarely open the home page, so this could be the way it's always worked.
EDIT: Also just noticed that opening the Library with CTRL-L while on the home page, not only takes one to one's layout, it also puts that layout as the focus, sending the Library (floating widow) behind L4. I don't think it should do that.

Hi Richard
Yes, this is one of the strange focus things which Logos 4 does I'm afraid - for another example please see http://community.logos.com/forums/p/43355/322861.aspx#322861.
I do find this quite frustrating!
Interestingly, when checking this just now, it doesn't happen if the last "layout" was blank, i.e. if you had all resources closed in your workspace before going to the Home Page.

There is an existing case for this issue. I'll add a link to this thread to the case.
