Several of you have asked for a wiki, so we've decide to launch one: http://wiki.logos.com/. Like these forums, the new wiki is primarily for you to share with each other.
Enjoy.
Phil, can we get a link at the top? And maybe even a FAQ link there too?
Yes, please....
I put a request in yesterday to have it added to our nav. It should appear there in the near future after the wiki has filled out just a little more.
Phil,
it is seriously getting very tiring having to repeat the same answers to the same questions. We need this easily linked to as soon as possible.
There will be more encouragement to fill out the wiki when we don't even have to type in the web address.

The Faq will grow as more people know.
I've started adding a few things in my spare moments, but they are getting farther between. Seriously Phil, thanks for filing the request. But don't wait until it's perfect. If Logos always did that, we'd still be in beta.
great idea, love wiki

Today - very. Day off!
Seriously, it's not a sloth thing..... It's been good that we Beta testers have been able to help out so much. But, it's starting to wear me a bit thin....
And, if Logos Customer Support is using as their official line "Visit the Forums," then they also need to provide us with easier mechanisms for responding to the same questions.
I agree Damian.
By reports here, it sounds like "check the forums" is becoming standard advice. I don't mind really for new issues; but yes, like you I weary of answering the same questions. I really need to find a good boilerplate answer for these and just cut and paste.
Thomas,
I don't want to cut and paste. I want to very easily be able to direct people to the Wiki..... "Have you looked at the Wiki?"
It's also why I have begun asking if people have searched the forums (only on those topics which I know produce good hits)....
Very often, in answering these questions, I have to search the forums myself and I wonder why the person asking did not do the same...
1. Because the search is underpowered.
2. Because it's easier to ask.
And honestly at the high speed most questions are getting answered by several of us - it's faster.
Brilliant! We need this, to refer people to. Thanks
