If you look in your logos4.log was Reading Plan the last document sync'd and was it sync'd twice in a row i.e. 2 start/stop events?

Yes, but it's working now (as of 4:30 PM CST).

Reading Plans sync experienced intermittent availability issues from a little after 10AM PST to shortly after 3PM PST. It's been healthy since then. It should be back in working order now.

Speaking of sync-ing; does anyone remember if the shortcut bar is done during the process? To be honest I really cannot remember….

Thanks, Cameron. But I'm still wondering why the Reading Plan is sync'd twice:

It looks to me like it is syncing the reading plan status separately from the reading plan document.

Exactly.

There is one call for OurDocumentSyncClientRepository and one call for OurStatusSyncClientRepository.

I see that now, looking more closely. Thank you.
