and whilst you can mouseover and see the title, perhaps as we have the data anyhow we can make it more meaningful/nicer presented, then you could get rid of the horid internal name freeing more real-estate, maybe to be replaced with a preview of the markup which will at least start to make them more usable atleast for me..
I Suggest colapsable groups, and if the groups could be "Book","Highlighter Name", maybe others will suggest more
