Hi

we have created an Easter video that dumps out at about ~550MB.  I know I can't upload this to Proclaim with the 200MB limit, but I was hoping to use the "Use Local File" option on Proclaim, however, each time I try = Proclaim crash.

This is replicable every time.

I believe windows media player does not have the codec required to play the .mov file. Are you able to open and play that video using Windows Media Player?

Admittedly we shouldn't crash. Could you please reply to this thread and attach the log files from your machine?

 

   Windows: 

  • XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
  • Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

Ah. I didn't realize it had to be a WMP friendly file...we'll just play the video stand alone off a mac then and I'll bring out a switcher to go between 2 laptops.
