Wade, the Sermon File is targeted for Q2 2010, see the link: http://www.logos.com/4/missingfeatures

Hi, We are getting well the way through the second quarter of 2010. Can we have a progress report on the sermon module addin please? I found this a really useful feature in L3 and I'm missing it. Thanks!

Stephen,

Unfortunately all of the items on the Missing Features page have been bumped back to third quarter. I also know that 4.0d (in Beta right now) will not introduce any major new "user facing" feature (but a good deal of behind the scenes stuff). Without being privy to Logos' internal status updates I can't say what will come and when it will.

To my knowledge this was the last update http://community.logos.com/forums/t/33263.aspx

Bob Pritchett:
SermonFile is a harder problem, because we don't like the way we used to do it. People wanted to put too many too different documents into that system, so we're planning a completely different approach that's web oriented. (More http://books.logos.com with document uploading than 3.x SermonFile.) Part of SermonFile functionality will be taken over by a much better PBB tool, part by this new web solution, which is further out than Q2.

My quick solution is: Keep doing them on libronix and then just scan the sermon file folder and Logos 4 will read them.  Simple as that...add to that a little patience and you won't mind waiting.

Doesn't work for those of us who have since switched to Mac!

A Mac option is running WIndows in a virtual machine that has Libronix 3 and Logos 4.

Just released a basic "SFA output for PBB converter" in files forum, not ideal but is a way of getting all into PBB if you need/want to
