Better Voices for Windows 7 and Logos 4?
I am running Windows 7 and Logos 4. The default voice (Microsoft Anna) in Windows 7 is terrible. (My Kindle has spoiled me!) What is the best voice I can purchase to get better sounding speech? I want something that will work with Logos 4.

I found "Julie" from Neospeech to be an excellent voice. I didn't purchase it after the test period but if memory serves it was $70.

I found a demo version of "Julie" online and it was very impressive! Do you have any idea where I can purchase the voice? The site I found was only selling to software application developers.

I downloaded an AT&T voice (Crystal) sometime ago form Lext ALoud.

It work just fine now with Logos 4. It is a
16khz Version. I would recomment you downloading one of their free version to see if it will work for you. The free versions are at the VERY bottom of the provided link. Good luck. OH Yes, the cost of the Crystal I think is $25.00. It also comes with a free Mike voice.0 -

I have also have Crystal (American-English) - and have been very pleased (IMHO much better than the English-English available from AT&T).
