When loading L4Mac the reading plans that were open (and visible) in a pane used to scroll to display your progress, so that upon loading L4Mac the list was already showing your current place in the plan.
This no longer happens. When a plan is on display in a pane at startup, it now displays the top (first) sections and you have to scroll down to find where in the list you are.
If the plan was open but not the active tab in its pane then it did not scroll at opening even before the latest version.

I don't know if I am following you, but I think I have the gist (maybe). Are you saying that you have a reading plan list, which you keep in list view (instead of calendar view)? You keep this list open in a layout, and that it used to automatically scroll to "today" when you would open your layout?
I can confirm that when I open a reading plan in 4.5b SR2, the list view does not open to the right place when in list view. It does open to the right place when in calendar view. I have never had reading plans in a layout, so I don't know about the previous behavior in a layout.
If you can, I would change your subject line to BUG: RP "List" view not opening at "Today"

Using Logos 4.5b SR-2 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, opened a Reading Plan from the File menu, which opened to first reading (e.g. Page 1) instead of scrolling down so last entry in pop-up window is unread:
Added item to => Feature Parity list (confirmed using Logos 4.5b SR-2 and Logos 4.5c Beta 1, regression could be in older 4.5b release):

Keep Smiling 4 Jesus :):PC Reading Plan opens so unread item appears on screen, but Mac opens to first reading item – Logos 4.5b SR-2 regression
To clarify: I have found this to be true only in list view. Calendar view (at least for me) opens to the current reading.

Concur list view lacks positioning in Logos 4.5c Beta 1. Calendar View does position so current reading is visible.
I have created a case for this issue. Thank you.
This has been resolved in 4.5c Beta 4.
