Left L4 open and switched user for about half to 1 hour. Came back and logged in, Logos does not respond. Just kept getting the spinning pizza and a message which said that Logos has stopped responding.

Your Logos4.log ends on a line for syncing Word Lists, so the issue may be in that area. I'll pass your logs on to Dev to investigate that possibility. Are you still unable to access the program normally?
Diagnostic Logging
I can access the program, just cannot open one PB from the command bar. If I type "open fu" the program crashes. I can open the document from the Library. I also saw that I have two version of the same file, one does not seem to work. I deleted one, and only one is in the library. Still cannot open it from the command bar. Just tried it and it crashed.

The error in these logs looks like the same one in this other thread you posted, which Bradley indicated will be fixed in 4.6 Beta 2.
