Does anyone know how to set up the following reading plan?:

NT 1x in 1 year, only weekdays (repeat same schedule in year 2):

http://www.bibleplan.org/nt/esv/

OT 1x in 2 years, 1 chapter on weekdays, 2 chapters on weekends:

http://www.bibleplan.org/ot/esv/

Obviously, the catch is that OT switches from 1 to 2 chapters on the weekends. If you know how to do this, thanks in advance for your help.

yes, this is similar to what I'm doing... to do it, simply make a plan that spans two years (to cover the OT reading) and then have your NT reading listed twice... here's an example of just straight reading (although the one I'm doing is chronological)

Gen-Mal|Matt-Rev;Matt-Rev

[edit] just noticed the weekday & 7 day reading... there's no way in Logos to do that right now... Logos evenly splits up the readings into equal portions for the duration of the plan... for the 5 & 7 day mix, the only way to achieve that is with two separate reading plans, but there's no way to get the 1 chapter for weekdays & 2 on the weekend.

I copied the detailed reading plan from the website above, and then cleaned it up using Microsoft Word's powerful Find and Replace. I ended up with the text below. But, when I plug that into the "new reference range" box, the box is highlighted in red, which apparently means that it's not formatted correctly.

Does anyone know what's wrong with the formatting below?: (I'm trying to read one chapter per weekday, and two chapters on the weekend days - so this reading plan starts on a Saturday)

I think I found your problem...

You have "Ezra 10-1, Nehemiah 2-3". I'm guessing that should be "Ezra 10-Nehemiah 1, Nehemiah 2-3" or "Ezra 10, Nehemiah 1, Nehemiah 2-3"

Thanks so much - that and a couple of other stray commas were the problem.

But, after correcting all of that, and confirming that I have 365 different entries, which I assumed that Logos would treat as different days, I discovered that Logos treats this list EXACTLY THE SAME as entering Gen-Job for the reference range. :-(

Does anyone know if there is any way to force Logos to use the different days that I have divided up, rather than just treating them as one whole? (I tried both commas and semi-colons, but that didn't make any difference.)

Sorry Kevin. Bob P. has indicated that the ability will be provided as part of push into communal Bible study.  But its not available yet.
