I have used the import powerpoint in the past but now when I use this feature my text is not pulling over.  Any ideas on the problem?

Thanks

Sharon,

Are you using the new Mountain Lion version of Mac OS X? There is a known issue with import from PowerPoint feature right now on Mountain Lion. The workaround is to export your slides with PowerPoint to JPGs and do a bulk import of the images into a Proclaim ImageSlideshow.

I am using mac but I am running Lion and am having the same problem.  Is this an issue with the new update? This is really inconvenient.  We have 14 signal references.  It's one thing to do a few as jpgs but this needs to get fixed quickly.

I am new to Proclaim and just ran into this issue.  The text on the PPT presentation does not import.  What do we do?  I use OSX 10.8.4

There are some known compatibility issues with various versions of OSX. If you are affected the recommended workaround is to use PowerPoint to export the slides as jpegs, then import the jpegs into Proclaim.

I will give that a try.

Thanks
