It is continually hanging when trying to synchronize. I have to shut down and then open it up again. This happens on all platforms: Win XP, Win 7 and MAC OS X
A little more info on this:
It syncs file after loading Proclaim and making edits and then if I go on Air to test it out and then Off Air to make some changes, it no longer syncs. I have to restart the program.

Are you still seeing this issue? Things look okay on our end, so I wonder if this might be a network issue on your side. Could you provide us with a few more details: is this only happening for a single location (at your church, or at your home), or is it happening at multiple locations? Do you have a proxy setup?
