4 BUGS in [highlighting] note files

1) When the selection is a footnote number, the 'note' title remains empty:
(In contrast, footnote numbers in the middle of a longer hightlight -- which I would be happy to see stripped out -- do show up in the title. (Without superscript, if I remember correctly.))
2) The end of the title is sometimes cut off when the note is collapsed:
3) The reference name is so long that the title can't be seen unless I use a one panel layout:
4) The reference name is so short that it's impossible to guess what the resource is, or even that it's a commentary and not a Bible:

Apologies: screen shots are a bit difficult to follow to attempt replication. Guessing that resource is:

I can reproduce all these issues and I have created cases for Development.
