If I want to add a note or clipping to a text, the "right click menu" only lets me add to notes/clippings I've already made. Why will it not allow me to add a NEW note/clipping?
Am I missing something?
What I am having to do currenly is before I want to add a NEW note, I have to go create it first in the FILE menu... Name it... then save it.... then go back to what I was doign and save to that note/clipping...
Surely there is a faster/better way to do this.... but I'm clueless...
HELP! TYTY!
yelp, its a pain. Logos has heard our voice on this and asked in the past for recommendation. they are putting their creative juices together to make this better for us.
Well... at least (looking for a positive) it means I'm not as clueless as I first thought...
Thank You for the response Philip!
If I may add my suggestion: In the screen shot above, notice the list of "add to" clipping files is only the last one that you opened. It would be useful to be able to select a clipping file that may not have been the last one that I opened. Example: I have an "Illustration" clipping file and a "Sermon Prep" clipping file. If I am working in Sermon Prep and find a neat illustration, I have to open the illustration clipping file and then highlight and add to clipping. Then close and open the sermon prep clipping file so that the next one clipping will be able to be added to that one. Confusing - I know, after reading this, my head is spinning. :)

Just incase a Logos "techy" is looking.... I'd also REALLY like to be able to arrange my clippings.... :)
Since I'm on the subject.... I'd also REALLY like to see a MARKER of some type left in the Book where I posted a clipping from.... TY!
...I love giving suggestions... Taking them... on the other hand.... lol
Verse hyper-links in Clippings are NOT clickable....
If I hover over it, it shows the verse, but I am unable to actually click it to get the Scripture to open...
try holding down the CTRL key while clicking on the link.
Philip Spitzer: try holding down the CTRL key while clicking on the link.
