Can the Document drop down menu be opened in its own window like when you use Ctrl + L to open a library window.

I agree with my friend… but there is a keyboard shortcut in the beta version to open the document window (but not in its own panel). I believe on PC it is Ctrl +O (it is command +O on mac).

on Windows it is "Alt-F"
with the description being to "open/close File menu".
I'll create a thread in the beta forum about this as the File Menu is now called the Documents menu!
