Description in a visual filter

Occasionally I would like to add a brief description or rationale to a visual filter, like you can in a Bible Word Study for example.

And it would be nice if that description would pop-up in a tooltip when the mouse hovered over the filter name in the Visual Filters selection menu.

I almost never use highlighting. This is in part due to the fact that highlighting really doesn't do any more than call attention to a passage. If it were possible to add a note to a highlight so that the note would appear on hover, it might be useful though placing a note anchor with the information in a note file might be equally valuable.

This is a must along with passage lists and other documents that are currently lacking this option. And there has to be an option to place a hyperlink in such description boxes so you can link such documents back to a note file, where it might be part of a larger study you are doing, or to another user document or resource for that matter.
This is so needed and I can't believe it has been overlooked by Logos designers and developers. It's a basic need to be able to make a brief note or explanation about why you created a document and be able to link it back into a larger study / description contained in a note file, to a resource, or another user document.
