Visual Filter Frustration with Learn to Use Biblical Hebrew Videos

I have been closely following several threads on this topic but I want to take a different approach now. I know the visual filters that are explained in the "Learn to Use Biblical Greek and Hebrew with Logos Bible Software" use the Anderson Forbes Morphology and Logos 5 now uses Logos Hebrew Morphology. This means that all the old Hebrew filters that are explained in the video now no longer work. The recommendation given by other forum users was to make new filters using the Logos Hebrew Morphology. So I have been replaying my videos and trying to do just that but since the search categories don't match it has been a major exercize in frustration!
Now maybe I'm just not doing it right but I think I am. Here is an example of what I am trying to do. In the video it says to create a visual filter called "Other construct pairs". I chose "all passage" in the "ESV" using Logos Hebrew Morphology. (note that the AF doesn't work in L5). The video then explains to choose @, then Verb, then pure noun participle, then construct. But the problem is when I use the Logos Hebrew Morphology there is no option to choose "pure noun participle". As a result I don't know how to do this search and my guess is that anyone who is not really familiar with Hebrew will be in the same boat as I am.
I should say that I took Hebrew in seminary but have not kept it up to
the same level as my Greek so that may be the problem too. But I think these
videos are made with that sort of person in mind.
In summary I have one question and one suggestion.
Question: Is there some place that I can learn how to do the same searches done in the video using Logos 5?
Suggestion: Produce an update to the video showing how to do the searches in Logos 5.
I bought these videos when they first came out in 2010 and there are still for sale today. I guess I understand that any resource becomes dated but I was hoping this one would last more than 2 years. If there are no plans to update the video I believe that there needs to be a clear note to new purchasers like "some content in these videos is not compatible with Logos 5".
Thoughts?

My guess is that no one anticipated this when Logos decided to change the morphology from AF to Logos Hebrew Morphology.

This is a good idea.
If you own the Hebrew Bible: Anderson-Forbes Analysed Texts, you can still create the visual filters for that text using AF morphology — although if you don't have Hebrew, that won't help you much. But you could do a morphology search in AFAT, then show the ESV alongside. The new sympathetic highlighting in search results should (at least temporarily) give you the highlights that the visual filter used to give.

Thanks for the suggestion Mark. I realize that I could do that but it is not the same. I'd prefer to see it in my ESV.

Logos 5 has sympathetic highlighting for Morph Search:

+1 [Y] since Logos Hebrew Morphology is a bit different than Anderson-Forbes Hebrew Morphology.

This has been brought to Logos attention. Hopefully they will address the matter soon.

I bought the videos on prepub and have used them some. However, as expensive as these videos are I want to be able to continue to use them.

I wonder what Logos will do for people who already own the 2010 videos. Any chance of a free update?

I have been told that the videos are being updated to use the Logos Hebrew morph, but I don't know any more details beyond that, sorry.

Since Logos is still actively selling this resource, we need some official declaration of intent.

To make things worse it is even "featured" on the home page today.

It is exceedingly disappointing that this still has not been fixed!

A revision of the videos is underway this year.

Awesome. I don't suppose there is an ETA or a guestimate? I am starting to work more through my Mobile Ed courses and want to use these as part of my curriculum for complete study.Bob Pritchett said:A revision of the videos is underway this year.

Happy New year Bob!
It is now 2015- what is the status of this?
I too have the 1st revision (June 2010) that was done after my Pre-pub purchase.
Thank you.

Dear Bob,
As has been asked, will we get a free update as we spent a lot of money on this resource?

Is there an ETA?
