Proclaim is giving the yellow triangle. Clicking it does nothing.

There are numerous errors in the log file. I'll attach it if possible. BTW, Win 7, 8 Gb RAM, plenty of HDD, 2.3 Ghz Core i7 (more than enough machine)

Included:

Bob, we are looking into this. Could you also attach your other log file, Proclaim.log? You've attached ProclaimError.log, but the Proclaim.log file will give us additional information to investigate. Thank you.

Thank you for looking in to this. This is a serious problem as Proclaim is worthless as a collaborative tool (which means unusable to us) if this does not work.

I was able to get the sync to work well enough to retrieve changes made by my secretary for Sunday's service. It appears that many people are having related errors. In order to do this, I had to uninstall Proclaim, locate all the Proclaim data files (under App Data, Documents, etc), and rename them. Then I reloaded Proclaim and was able to get the service to download. This definitely isn't something I want to do on a regular basis.

Please let me know as soon as you have an idea of what is causing this.

I'm seeing similar errors on a 2011 i7 MPB w/16GB memory on a 50Mbps/50Mbps internet connection running Proclaim 1.08.0.0109.

It seems like if I close/reopen Proclaim enough times, it will eventually sync the slide deck I have open.
