I think the simplest way to explain it is that a standard interlinear follows the Greek word order and a reverse interlinear follows the English word order.

The Interlinear is going to have the orginal language in the word order it was written

A reverse interlinear is going to have the English translation in proper order and the orginal language will be rearranged accordingly

The Apostolic Father in English is just a english only translation
