A couple days ago Logos 5 just stopped working on my computer. It weirded out and would freeze, close, reopen, freeze, etc. So yesterday I uninstalled it and re-installed Logos 4. Now it won't sign in. I've uninstalled/re-installed it 3 or 4 times now. I click "sign in", it starts to sign in then a Window's window pops up saying that Logos had to close. Attached are the log files (check the dates) and a screen shot of the crash.

It is not possible to downgrade from Logos 5 to Logos 4, without first uninstalling Logos 5 and then permanently deleting all local documents & settings. (If these documents hadn't been synced, they may be lost if you delete them.)
I would recommend reinstalling Logos 5 from the link in your order email, then, if it's still crashing, posting logs from it so we can diagnose the Logos 5 error.
