About a month ago, I bought the Louis Segond (French version of the Bible). When I downloaded it to use offline, it reads "Not Available" when I click on the verse link from other resources. Weeks ago I spoke to someone from Logos but nobody gets back to me. Please help! Thanks

Hi Jean - and welcome to the forums.

it is possible that there was a problem with the download.

if you remove it from your device and try to access it (this will use the version on Logos servers) does it work then?

if this works then try downloading again.

please let us know how you get on

Hi Graham! Thanks for your quick response

When it is not downloaded to my device it works perfectly.

However, when it is downloaded to my device (Samsung Galaxy Tab 2) it does not work whether I am online or not.

Glad we have found a way to get it working.

Hopefully Logos will be able to comment on the issue when the resource is downloaded.
