As reported in another thread, I have been having problems with reading plans syncing between L4 and the Logos iPhone app (Faithlife app too, but I got rid of that in the end!).
The only things to show up under 'Daily Readings' are the two devotionals:
Only two out of four reading plans are listen in documents:
But when I select either one all I see is:
I've discovered documents.logos.com from digging around in the forums but I'm not quite sure what I should be doing there, if anything, to fix the problem. A couple of people have tried to help but no one seems to know what the problem is.
One of my reading plans (my 'main' daily readings plan, which doesn't show up in documents) used to be connected to a Faithlife group until I disconnected it.
Another reading plan (30 Days with Jesus, which does show up in documents) is connected to a Faithlife group, but the other users don't have any problems with it.
The other two reading plans are books so wouldn't be affected by Faithlife.
If anyone anywhere knows how to help fix it I would be:
Richard - Great follow up post. Sometimes it is really helpful to bring several threads together and clarify the issues.
Hopefully Logos will be able to shed some light.

I figured it would probably get lost in another thread!
It seems that others are having the same problems!
[This is a follow-up from a related thread. I will move my conversation over here in order to consolidate the conversation.]
After uninstalling/reinstalling Logos Bible on my iOS (as suggested on another thread referred by Richard Wardman), I also do not have any reading plans in my Daily Readings list except the two standard devotionals ("Connect the Testaments", "Morning and Evening"). I was expecting three additional (two personal, one group).
Also exactly as he described, I have one reading plan in my Documents list. Clicking on the item brings up a screen to create a new reading list.
No new information here; I'm just confirming what Richard has already documented and saying, "Yup, me too."
There's clearly a software issue that's affecting some of us.
I think we need a word from Logos on this one *hint hint*
Wouldn't want to let this thread get lost now, would we?
I too am having the exact same problem.

Yet another and another!
Hi Richard,
I can replicate the behavior with your licenses. Can you give me the reading plan details for the missing plans? I have the logs, but knowing the details of your reading plans will help development.
I looked on http://www.biblia.com and my plans are synced there!
Guess I can use this on the go til the app gets fixed.

Thanks for your help Tommy.
My main daily reading plan is McCheyne, reading ESV in one year(ish)
The other missing plan is one that I've not actually used in a while. It's Alone with God by McArthur...
Does that help? Do you need any more details?!
Grateful for your help.
Another with the non-sync issue . . . Thanks for any assistance!

That is exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

No problem. Any idea what is causing the problem, or do you know if it will be fixed soon? Thanks for giving this your attention.

Can you open up the book that the second reading plan is about, click the i (in the top right-handcorner) and paste the Support info from there at the bottom of the panel?

It looks like that version is out of date. On my iPhone, my version is 2012-01-18T20:48:30Z. Is the book downloaded to your iOS device? Which version is it?

I took that info from L4. I just checked iOS and it matches your details, so is up to date.
Have you tried the command "update resources" in L4/L5?
