Our main display machine is not syncing at all today!  There's no icons to indicate syncing error.  Syncing icon is dark.

The internet connection is good.  We can go online.  We can also sync our song lyrics and scripture verses.

When we click to resync we see "An error has occurred during synchronization, click to try again"  This happens no matter the service file we open.  We've tried all day today - no luck.

To help us track down the cause of the problem could you please provide log files. See the following post for details on how to file a bug for Proclaim. http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

I've included the log files.  Problem is still there.

We cannot control the presentation from our iPad any longer.  Don't know if this is part of the problem or a new one.
