L4 updated itself to Beta3. It now crashes every time when trying to open it. See image below

Next i shutdown all apps and Restarted windows. It still crashes (i can see all my panes open and the flashing red circles then it crashes as shown below)

I can open when using Ctrl and selecting workoffline and checking open blank layout. I viewed the About and verified that Beta3 is the current build. But as soon as i open a layout I get the crash above.
Any ideas???
My update is doing the same thing.
I sent the log files to tech support by e-mail but here they are again.

i have tried opening with Blank Layout again. This time i looked in my Library. It only shows 5 resources.
This is a bug. Cited By will crash if you have it set to "Sort results by book". Unfortunately, you won't be able to open the Cited By tool, nor any layouts containing it, until the next beta.

Yes... but I'm not sure if you'll be able to open it without having it start a search (by book) automatically, which will crash...
You may have to create new Layouts without Cited By to use until the next release.
Bradley. Thanks for updating the release notes with this known bug.
I guess I have a similar or the same problem.
When my computer is awaken, it displays the error window.
If you hold the Ctrl key down when double clicking on the Logos4 icon (keep holding the Ctrl key down until you see the Login screen). Next check the box that says Blank Layout. Then press the signin button.
It will open Logos4 without crashing. But you should not try to load older Layouts which might have Cited By in it.
I had to rebuild my layout from scratch. But Logos4 is working now.
