Logos 5 Crash issues

I need help! Reading NIGTC: James as well as several other Bible NT theology commentaries... and then my Logos 5 crashed.

*FYI I also had ESV and NRSV opened.

Bradley Grainger (Logos)

The crash that is logged (in the files you uploaded), which may not be the same as the crash you experienced is a problem with loading the home page.

To try to work around this, hold down the CTRL key when you start Logos 5. You should see the "Sign In" dialog. Check the "Use blank layout" checkbox, then click Sign In. This should open the app without showing the home page, which should avoid the problem.

The app may crash if you open the home page again. It's likely that this is due to some specific item on today's home page, and it will stop happening tomorrow.

Hi Ron - and welcome to the forums

Does the workaround Bradley managed above stop Logos crashing for you?

If not, you may have a different problem.

If that is the case, please start a new thread outlining the problem and posting logs as per http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
