Clause search is currently disabled

I had the Logos 4 Silver package and bought the Minimal Crossgrade to 5, so I would have all of the new features, Clause Search included. I've used it before and it worked fine. For some reason now, when I try to use it, I get this message:

"Clause search is currently disabled because the necessary resources are unavailable."

I've tried restarting the software, but to no avail. How can I fix this?

Two things:

1. It looks like you are missing a OS X system update. Unless there is a good reason (e.g. the update doesn't work with an app you're running) it's a good idea to update to 10.7.5 when you get a chance.

2. It looks like the file you need for that function is missing.

Try this:

Close Logos.
Navigate to /Users/jeremy/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/a60fysvt.crm/ResourceManager/
Rename the "Resourcemanager.db" file.
Open the Resources folder.
Look for Clauses-LGNTISBL.lbscls.

If you see it delete it, and restart Logos.
If you don't see it, restart Logos 5.

Type update resources into the command bar and hit enter.

If it finds updates--great. Restart the application after it finishes downloading.
If it doesn't find anything you may want to call us as further troubleshooting should be employed.

Let me know if the issue persists with logs. If it does I may want you to call in if you can.
