Two way Sync of Notes problem between L5 and Android App
This is a screen shot from the Android device. The Yellow was made on the device (Droid DNA) and the Red was made on the computer (Mac)
Here is a screen shot from the desktop:
I've repeated the process several times without the YELLOW appearing on my desktop. I've forced a sync and closed the program without any progress. Can anyone duplicate?

Fo what it's worth, both highlights are appearing on my iPad.

Can you verify that both notes used the SAME note document? The behavior you have shown is consistent with a note document being turned OFF in the resource menu in L5. In the iOS app, all highlights are always shown (there is no way to turn off a note document on mobile).

If both notes went to the same document, can you check on your desktop to see if the note is in the document file?

The note is in the file on the desktop but is not showing up on the text.

Which version of Logos and iOS are you running? It seems there's a problem on (some or all) Macs in displaying new highlights - but only reported in current Beta 5.

Hmm. If the note is in the note file document, it isn't a sync problem. I was about to suggest that you create a new thread in the Andriod forum, but I'm not sure that is the right place either… although it would be good if some android users could verify if they are experiencing the same issue.
Just to double check… Are you using the current release build of L5, or would you happen to be on beta?

The Mac is 5.1 beta 5. The IOS is 3.2.4.

This is a beta 5 issue, and was reported HERE. If your experience is different, please add to that thread.

John,
even though most users are posting here, this is the forum for L5 stable versions. Most users are not on beta and only get confused when they see beta-related bugs. Moreover, the beta forum is monitored not only by the really knowledgeable Logos expert users, but also by Logos employees making sure they get the feedback to the newly released versions. And on a day directly after a new beta is released, the respective forum is definitely a better place to discuss a new issue (or find out that others have seen it as well and contribute to the discussion).
I'm glad we could nail this down.
