BUG 5.1 RC1: Long note titles get cut off

This needs to wrap. I believe it used to?
Note: this is with the note file taking up half the screen. When it's narrower, I see even less.

It definitely used to. See screenshot at BUG 5.1 RC2: Note file that you corrupted with 4.6 now corrupted in the other direction.

The title field has been set specifically not to wrap. This brings the Mac platform in parity with the Windows platform. More importantly, this is important for note items correctly syncing to other platforms like iOS and Android.
