Ok so when I upload video, images whatever Proclaim has black edges that it adds to the top and bottom and it is almost like it is letterboxing the video or image. This is frustrating when video already has a letterbox. So what is the size that these things need to be or is this the punishment that comes with not purchasing media in the store to use on here? The default images have no problem. Funny....

Also my presentations lag super bad between transitions... Is there a fix for this? It looks really really awful!

Thanks!

Hi Erik,

In order to not be letter boxed, your pictures must match the aspect ratio that you have Proclaim set to. So if you are in 4:3 your picture must be in a 4:3 ratio (width:height), in order to be scaled into the slide perfectly.

What operating system are you running and what kind of hardware is in your machine? If you could post logs from a time when you see this lag it could help us troubleshoot. Follow the instructions in this post to find your logs: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx
