Logos 5.1 toolbar shortcuts to layouts flakey
When you scroll over the shortcut to a layout you don't see the pop-up information. also if you right-click on the shortcut it doesn't always open the preferences box. all the other shortcuts seem to be working fine.

I can replicate the first issue, but not the second.
I'll add a post in the beta forum for more visibility. (EDIT: BUG 5.1 RC3: Layout shortcuts not working properly)

I can reproduce this issue and have created a case for Development.

Can you please clarify what you mean when you say that the 'the shortcut it doesn't always open the preferences box'? Are you talking about the actual Layouts menu or the shortcuts menu which appears when you right-click on the Layouts shortcut icon?

I am still having trouble reproducing this issue, and I have tested it on both Mac and Windows. To clarify: when you right click on a layout shortcut icon in the shortcuts bar, this menu (see screenshot) is not appearing? Is this something that you are reproducing consistently?
