The issue is a resource one, rather than a bug in the software, and I have only seen it happen in Vyrso resources. Perhaps I should create an "Oops, they squished the cover!" thread… OK. I will. [:)]

Oh, I hope it's something they can fix. I know the conversion is automated for Vyrso books, and Logos doesn't like spending the time to fix stuff up in those books (and often aren't even at liberty to do so, due to the contracts they sign with the publishers).
