Making References Live Links in Notes

Hello,
While taking notes in Logos this morning, I noticed that the references I entered on a particular note became live links that allowed me to hover over them to view the passage being referenced. I've taken a lot of notes with scripture references on both the computer as well as the mobile app, but this is the first I've noticed with live links to those references. I have no idea how this happened, though.
Would anyone be able to provide me with guidance as to how to make the references in my notes live links? Also, please advise if this is something that can be done on the mobile app (using iPhone 5) as I take a lot of notes through that.
Thank you,
Paul

I assume you are on Mac? This was a feature parity issue, which was rectified in 5.1 with the new notes engine. Going forward, new notes should auto link in L5. This doesn't work on mobile.

I actually took multiple notes this morning with references in them, but only one note reflected live links. All of these were on a Mac. Any ideas? Additionally, is there any way to setup live links for references in previously taken notes?
Thank you

You need to add a space after the reference to make it link. Or a comma/period/parenthesis plus a space.

Again, add a space after the reference, or after the comma/period/parenthesis if there is such directly after. If that gives you two spaces, use Delete, not Backspace, to return to one.
Both of these of course presuppose that you've used abbreviations that Logos recognizes.
