I been having trouble using the iPad control feature for the last two Sundays.  The only error message I get is "Request Failed"

I do have internet connection on both computers. I signed in and out of the app and re-installed the app. Thanks for your help

Having the same problem today on both the ipad and iphone app.

Same here. Did it 3 times thru the week with no problem. This morning, it wouldn't load the presentation entirely on my ipad and then gave me the refused request. Very frustrating.

Same problem here. No iPad control or Presentation load from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for the past 2-3 Sunday mornings. Need help.

I apologize for the inability to use the Proclaim Remote this morning. We had a partial server outage which was correct just after 10:00am PDT. New server capacity and additional monitoring will be online early this week.
