I just purchased the "God's Word" translation today and noticed that it is outdated.

There was a "quiet" update with the producers of this bible.  Somehow, they had Romans 3:28 translated with "because of faith", and this caused a bit of a controversy.  So without any official update (or so I've read), this and similar passages were changed to "by faith".

The version that was downloaded to my computer today has "because of faith".

Any idea what it would take to correct this? And how long it would take?

TIA and Kind Regards,

Brian

P.S. The correct version can be confirmed at Bible Gateway

Warm regards,

Brian

Follow the steps outlined here and report it as a typo. http://wiki.logos.com/Right_Click_Menu#Selection

Ok. That's what I did. Thanks for your suggestion.

This is not exactly a typo, but quite possibly a whole slew of changes...

Logos should just update the resource. [quiet updates do affect a few of the new translations]
