I currently have done all my highlights on a passage I'm studying. However when I try to copy and paste it to word all the highlights disappear.
Is there a way to transfer my highlights to word or any other word processor? If so how?

I think it is unlikely that you will be able to do what you want. The highlighting tool in Logos isn't compatible with Word... And is much more powerful than word is capable of. Is your desire for editable text?
