Would that you all had fixed it so the search and basic functions of Logos are not buried as they are now.  Going under search and swiping 2-3x to find passage guide, word study, etc...is just silly.  Turn this app into something other than JUST an ereader please guys.

    Thanks.

p.s.  Biblia dislikes MS Surface Pro.  Changing a font on the machine in Biblia requires a lot of patience.  Good luck if you also do not own a razor sharp stylus to highlight anything.

I used to be able to pull up the multi-window tab on my Galaxy S4 and drag the Bible app over to enable viewing it side-by-side with another app. After upgrading the Bible app to 2.6.6 and installing Faithlife 2.6.6 (I didn't have FL installed at all on this device before), I no longer see the Bible app in the multi-window dock, but I do see Faithlife in there. Let me know if there is anything I can try doing to get this back. Thanks!

Thanks for the report Drew, we'll look into this. We haven't changed anything that should have caused this feature to be removed but other users have experienced this problem in the past.  Have you tried restarting the device since updating it? We'll see if we can repro internally. If any other 2.6.6 beta users have experienced a loss of multiwindow support on their Samsung devices (or if it's working for them) we'd love to hear it.

The current plan is to get the 2.6.6 versions shipped to Google Play and Amazon app stores today.

    Drew,

We verified that multi-windows support is still available in the Bible app on a fresh install. If you do the following you "should" get multi-window support restored but I'm not entirely sure why you lost it in the first place.

    Steps:

    1. Uninstall the Bible app
    2. Restart your device (rescans the apps that support multi-window)
    3. Reinstall bible app
    4. Restart your device (rescans the apps that support multi-window)

It looks like it is working for me after going through the steps you listed. Based on what I see right now, I have a theory about what is going on.

I noticed that I only have faithlife available for multi-window after installing the Bible app, then faithlife. After uninstalling and reinstalling the Bible app, it is available for multi-window, but faithlife is not. It seems like only one of the two can be in the list for multi-window, and it is whichever was installed most recent. I hope that helps.

Interesting observation Drew. We'll see what we can do on our end to enable multi-window support when multiple apps are installled. Thanks again for your help on this issue.

    How about

"The Android team is pleased to announce an all new front screen that permits an initial choice between e-reading books or Bible searches."

    That would be neat.
