Crashes on Start Up

Hello all,

Can someone lend a hand and help me troubleshoot this? I seem to be in this endless loop of crashing, restarting OS X, indexing, completing index, start Logos, crash, repeat.

Thus far I have

  1. removed the LibraryIndex folder from Library/ApplicationSupport/Logos4/data/43812aek.ecd
  2. tried to index and restart

Crash logs are attached.

You need to enable and post logs. We don't need the apple crash log, which is what you copied and pasted into a word doc. Follow the link in my signature line to learn about logging.

This seems to be connected with the Copy Bible Verses panel. But the logos log was full of useless info suggesting logging wasn't enabled, so I'm guessing that CBV is part of a layout. If so start Logos with CMD key, load a blank layout, and try to recreate the layout without CBV.

If still crashing, ensure you are fully up to date with the latest version (5.1b) and resource updates by entering update now in the Command box and ensure logging is enabled by following https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem.
