Logos 5 Crash - Windows 8.1
Hello
I installed windows 8.1 preview and logos worked fine, but when i upgrade to 8.1 final release, cannot open logos, the program crash.
I installed the oficial and beta versions of logos 5 and both do the same.
This is the las log result.

BUMP This is about to fall off the "active" list so I'm refreshing it so that our resident expert (Dave Hooten) can take a look at it.
I have all kinds of problems with Widows 8 (and 8.1), but Logos isn't one of my problems with it.george

This also happened to me! So if you follow the thread through you should be able to download the missing files from Microsoft (Visual C++ 2010 x86 in my case).

I have done so many things that i thing if problem is fixed, I will not remember what i really did. Here is a list.
1. - I ran chkdsk / R (This took almost two hours)
2. - I uninstalled Logos Bible 5.
3. - Installed logos for Windows 8 (Metro Version), from appStore.
4. - Installed again Desktop versión from Logos.comThis time all worked correctly and are currently downloading my library resources.
If everything is completed without issues i'll let you know.
