Bug:Logos Reading List
1. navigate to topics.logos.com
2. Type the word angel in the box.
3. Note the resulsts.
4. In the software: Go to Tools, Library, Reading list.
5. Type the word Angel in the box.
6. The results should match that of the reading list.

I take that you mean "the results should match that of topics.logos.com", do you?
Then this would be an issue for the software (well, maybe it's the web dev team nevertheless, if L5 just invokes a stripped down browser search there) rather than the website. This has been remarked earlier, it seems there once was a case for this, but Logos thought it was fixed and had closed it: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/51423.aspx - nevertheless it seems to be a persistent issue, see e.g. here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/74504.aspx

I think Lynden meant the search built into MediaWiki not the browser search.
