Anyone know if there are any english versions of Nicholas de Lyra's commentaries? (c. 1270-1350)
Edit: Other than the Brill study.
Postilla litteralis super totam bibliam
Wikipedia is always a good place to start with when it comes to older writers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicholas_of_Lyra.
The second obvious site is Amazon, which in this case shows the same two books: http://www.amazon.com/of-Lyra-Nicholas/e/B001I6VRNE/ref=sr_ntt_srch_lnk_1?qid=1386590205&sr=1-1.
http://onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/ shows nothing, as does http://archive.org/stream/completecatalogu00flynrich#page/n0/mode/2up.
https://openlibrary.org/search?q=nicholas+of+lyra shows 23 titles, but most are about him or in Latin.
Those two volumes on Amazon should be in Logos.
Thanks.
I have a latin version in pdf. And yes I had seen the Wiki and Amazon but I was wondering if anyone knew of an English version of his Total Bible (POSTILLA SUPER TOTAM BIBLIAM).
I'm suprised though, that Logos doesn't have the Brill study. http://www.brill.com/nicholas-lyra-senses-scripture

Thanks MJ. I had also seen Krey's offering on Amazon. But what I didn't know was that WMU had a Medieval Institute and Publications department. Nice. [Y] Thanks.
I'll return the favor in case you may be unaware ... http://www.documentacatholicaomnia.eu/ this may or maynot be of interest to you.
I made a Suggestion thread: SUGGESTION: Nicholas of Lyra (very important in the history of exegesis, and for Martin Luther). Please go and give them your [Y].
